This is a legal contract and by clicking on the paypal link you are agreeing to the following terms.
The purchase price of all chickens is a private contract between The Fall Creek Ranch and the purchaser. For the price birds please email or call.

By clicking on the Paypal link and submitting payment, you are stating that all fowl purchased from The Fall Creek Ranch will not ever be used
in any illegal activity and that you will not be engaged in chicken fighting and/or breaking any Federal or State laws. All fowl will be sold
for Show and breeding stock only. I John Boewe,
am raising these beautiful birds as a hobby and to try to save rare families of historic gamefowl.
Your email/receipt will read from sentryhausgsd. I set that up
for our German Shepherds at Sentryhausgsd.com
and use the same form for my Chickens.

historic and educational purposes only. It is your responsibility to abide by all local, state, and federal laws once you receive any birds from us.
